Gail Thackray's Spiritual Journeys, Visiting John of God, opens with clairvoyant and healer Gail Thackray working on someone and being shown the past life experience that was causing his pain in this life. It goes on biographically with part of her life, the part leading up to and through her fateful meeting (through the good offices of an astrologer) with a channeler of love and light, and healing, a very special man for our time, John of God. It describes her being healed through him and working with him to bring his light to the world.
The book shows us John of God through his meetings with Gail, and her marvelous adventures in healing, at John of God's headquarters in Abadiania, Central Brazil.
This very interesting book goes on to show how Gail's life was unalterably changed by that meeting and subsequent meetings with John of God and the entities that work through him.
As an afterword, it is a real experience that Gail tells of. I found the book after a very special person heard of Gail going to Brazil and being willing to take a picture to John of God for the healing of the person in the picture. She sent her Grandmother's picture. Her Grandmother was hospitalized in excruciating pain with a broken hip and a blockasge of the intestine from pain killers. John of God's entities cleared her intestines and eased her pain. The doctors could not beieve the "spontaneous recovery." They kept her for observation for a week before believing it.
As a result I sent a picture to Gail to present to John of God, for a back injury. I felt energy, and when I next saw my chiropractor, he said that my back was no longer slipping out of place, just the muscles were spasming. A subsequent visit to john of God in Toronto, and my back is pain free (4 weeks as I write this).
Gail is quite a healer in her own right. After the above, I went to a seminar she was giving. She offered a healing to every one in the room. I did not tell her what my problems were, indeed no one spoke to Gail during this time. She ran her hands over my head a couple of times and then brushed off my right hip. I did not feel any different. But when I awoke the next morning, I was in for a surprise. For months I had had a pain in my right hip. I was not even thinking about it, or remembering it when I had my healing at the seminar with Gail. But it was gone, and it was amazing.
Thank you Gail, thank you John of God.

I very highly recommend this book for any one on a spiritual path..
The book is very readable. I read it slowly on purpose, like drinking a fine wine, I did not want it to finish too soon.
Gail can be seen at venues all over the Western Hemisphere, so you can feel her wonderful ability and hear her stories of John of God, for yourself. Reading this book is a very good way to get started.
